Facilitators & Organisers
We are all students of Ringu Tulku Rinpoche, and many of us for many years. Between us we have over a century of practice, and some of us have been part of this group since its creation in 1998.
Together we co-ordinate and oversee the groups activities. Every week we aims to provide a safe place to explore meditation and investigate the Buddhist teachings, primarily but not exclusively, Tibetan Buddhism.
We also organise social gathers as some of us also enjoy getting together for a walk, picnic, pub lunch or a swim in the sea.
There is no pressure to join in with everything. Take what is useful and leave the rest. But it is our sincere hope that everyone will find some an opportunities to grow and connect.

Our Aims & Objectives
• We provide a safe space for Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike which is conducive to meditation, where we can discuss, learn, reflect, experience, question and debate Buddhist teachings.
• We inform and support, not recruit or convert. There is no compulsory membership or sign up. This is an inward journey and you decide how far you go.
• We offer weekly meetings to keep the group alive, structured, engaging and useful to both new and established practitioners.
• We host annual teaching events and public talks from Ringu Tulku Rinpoche. Request topics from him that are engaging and relevant for both established and new practitioners.
• We host teachings from other visiting teachers. Request topics from them that are engaging and relevant for both established and new practitioners.
• We maintain BBG as a self-funding group through donations only ensuring all who want to come can afford to.
